No-nonsense Warranty & Guarantee to Our Clients
F.A.S.T.’s products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, providing the product has been stored and used according to generally accepted safety and emergency preparedness standards.
Because of the type of use that the products will receive (i.e. storage for a potentially long period of time in preparation for an event or disaster), we recommend that customers carefully inspect each product upon delivery. F.A.S.T. will guarantee contents at this initial inspection, and will add any items inadvertently not included.
F.A.S.T. Limited stands behind its product line and will repair any problems covered under our warranty against defects at no charge. Estimates can also be provided upon request for repair of damage that is not covered by warranty (e.g. mildew damage). Proper care and attention should eliminate the need for most non-warranty repairs.
F.A.S.T. Limited warrants to its customers that manufacturd products will meet or exceed all industry standards, certifications or approvals as specified.
